ReplyDeletePersonally the worst type of government is dictatorship for example Adolf Hitler and Nazi Germany. If the government in a country is dictatorship then everything is controlled by the government such as the books you read, and so on. I think what drives different interpretations of the Constitution is a person's point of view, and their views on how the issue will be solved.
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion the worst type of government is an anarchy. The crime rate in this type of society would be outrageous ! No one would have any self discipline and no laws could be enforced to obtain order. The only positive thing about this government would be that everyone could have things their way with no worries. On the other hand I believe a republic government is the way to go. It sure has been working out good for the United states for years ! In a republic you avoid all the chaos by electing representatives you trust to make your decisions for you. Also the way we have the senate set up I think voices from every state are heard equally. The only down part of this is that you cant always please everyone.
ReplyDeleteEach person has their own oppinions about every subject. This is part of the reason I think some people view and interpret the U.S. constitution in different ways. They read what they see and try to spin it in an attempt make it accomidate what they think should be right or allowed in our country.
The worst governments have to be anarchy and dictatorship/Totalitarianism. For the anarchy the is no rules, people would be dieing and no one would do anything. There would be people rape, like little girls and boys. The good thing about it we could do what we want. For dictatorship, I'm not going to listen to one person and one person only. The leader gets to make the rules and we can do what we want. The different sides is because of the people right of freedom of speech. When we got opinions the we could say what we want to say and that why we have to different sides to the Consitution.
ReplyDeleteA) In my opinion, dictatorship is the worse kind of government. The reason is because you must do what the lead in comand tells you to do. You have no freedoms and you most certainly cannot have a mind of your own and voice your opinions. The only positive aspect of this kind of government is the protection. I believe if you had one ruler then you probably would have good secerity from the outside world because other countries would be too scared to try and harm you.
ReplyDeleteThe other government is a rebuplic. This governemnt is wonderful because it allows the people of America to choose the people they want to represent them. Yes, we do not always get the people in office we elect, but it's a great feeling knowning that we made a difference in how the country will be run. The one down side to a republic is that not everyone will be happy with the people that are elected. The majority picks who will be put in office, and most of the time someone will be dissapointed with who was chosen.
B) Everyone has their own ideas and opinions about the constitution. As such, each individual will look at the sections, articles, and clauses in a different way. We will all analyze and form conlclusions in different ways, so the way we read the constitution will be our own thinking.
(A) 1. I belive that the worst type of government is a dictatorship. The only reason i say this is because i am sort of biest towards this. Everytime I think of a dictatorship, i think of Adolf Hitler. Dictatorship is bad if you get a leader who doesn't care for anything. A good side is if you get an awesome leader who is always for the best interest of the country.
ReplyDelete2. Republic.It definately has its goods and bads. Goods- Has powerful government and we choose electors. The crime is present, but not severly so. Bad- Even though we get the choice to vote for our leaders, many do not vote at all. Someone running for any office could look good from a media perspective, but once in a place of power they could change completely.
(B)Many people read different things different ways. The constitution would be an example where a well educated person might interpret one paragraph completely differnt from a Georgia Farmer. (no offense)Someone could also interpret something different on purpose to make it more suitable for their needs.
From what I've learned I think that there are two kinds of governments that I would definitely not like to have and that would be an Anarchy and a Totalitarianism. I don't think having an Anarchy would be good because there is no order and everything would be chaos. I know some laws sometimes go a little overboard [Or at least thats how it might seem sometimes] but without them there would be a lot of disorganization and disorder. I don't think that a Totalitarianism is a good type of government either because you have no control over your life. I think that if your always told what to do and you don't get to do what you want, and express yourself you won't accomplish much. You can't bring out the best in yourself and actually achieve something, since you are always being told what to, what to wear or how to think. I think that the better choice would be a Republic because its worked for us so far and its more neutral, it's not too strict or to loose.
ReplyDeleteI think that we all have different interpretations of the Constitution because no one person is the same. We were probably all raised differently, in different places and we all have our own individual perspectives on different topics. Additionally, I think that our founding fathers made the Constitution this way because they knew that we would all have distinctive viewpoints and they wanted to make it flexible for the future, so that it can fit our needs. Also I think they made it this way so that we can have many opinions on different things so that we can make good decisions on how to enforce the Constitution
I think that anarchy is the worst time of goverment. There is crime all the time and other people could get away with anything and everything. Also there are no laws to enforce so everyone runs around wild and crazy. But there is noone to enforce them so why do you need them. The only positive thing about this goverment is that everyone would get what they want even if it is good or bad things.
ReplyDeleteIn my opionion a republic is the best type of goverment. We vote for our leaders and we have a powerful goverment. By the way we have of the powerful armys in the world. Eventho some people dont vote for the president or anything we still have the luxury of doing that.
Everybody has there own interrpetations on the U.S. Constitution. Also different people think of things different than others. Like what you think about the president maynot be what I think about the president. Some people try and put the constitution in their own words and try and make the constititution sound bad and stupid.
I believe the worst government is a dictatorship cause if u remember in the 1940's Adolf Hitler was dictator of all Germany and brutally killed 12,000,000 people and i don't believe any government is a very good one if it is killing its own people as brutal as Nazi Germany did.

A.)I think the worst tpye of government is the dictatorship. For example Adolf Hitler government is a dictatorship. If you were living under a dictator you will have to follow his commands or laws. People who live like that probably has no freedom or the right to voice their opinions about something they don't like. The only good thing adout living under a dictator you'll be protected.
ReplyDeleteThe government I think is good to live under is the republic. We can choose anybody that we want to represent for our country. Every state voices their own opinions equally which makes some poeple mad because they don't agree on some stuff.
B.)Poeple have different types of interpretations Because everyone has their own opinions about the constitution. If everyone looked at the articles and each section not everyone will have the same opinion on that section.
A.) In my opinion the worst would have to be dictatorship, because you have to listen to the person who is lead in command and you have no freedom, you can not voice your opinion. There was just no freedom what so ever. It would deffantly not be a good thing.

The only good thing would be people would not have to worry about the stuff that would beconsidered "bad".
But I deffinitely think republic is the way to go!! Because it has been wonderful here in the United States for years. Also you can elect people in the office that you want and trust and hope for the best, just sometimes every single person can not be pleased, but most of the time the majority of people will be. [A]Dictatorship: I think that a dictatorship is the worst type of government because the citizens have no say in the way they live their life. They live like prison inmates and they are forced to do whatever the dictator says. In my opinion, that would be the worst life to have to live. Adolf Hitler was a dictator and he killed millions of people for not have the "right" external characteristics.
ReplyDelete-Republic: I believe that a republic is the best choice of government. I love the country I live in. Yes it has some downs and problems but we have more freedoms and rights than any other government. Such as the right to vote and the right to religious beliefs.
[B] Interpretations is how you see things. Different people have different opinions and they are going to interpret it however they want to make it suitable for themselves. Not everyone is going to agree on everything. Some things such as verses in the bible can even be interpreted in different ways. Just because you have a different opinion about something, that doesn't mean you are completely wrong.
I think that Totalitarianism is the worst government choice out of them all. They control your everday life. For example they can control what you wear, your actions,etc. I think thats crazy because its your life what right do they have to control how you live it? They ruler has absolute power and control over you and everyone else around you.
ReplyDeleteI think republic is the best choice of government. We have that here in the U.S. and it works fine. We have a say so in some things but not all, where as in a Totalitarianism you dont have a say so in anything.
We all have different Interpretations just like we all have different personalities and different opinions. Nobody's right or wrong in there own opinion so what you interpret is what you interpret, some people just may not take things in the same way.

[A.]I think an anarchy is the worst type of government. There are no rules or laws keeping people from harming one another and there is nothing to stop the country from falling into total chaos. A benefit of anarchy, for those who gravitate towards criminal behavior, is that there are no repercussions for doing things that would be considered illegal in other places.

[B.]People have different interpretations of U.S. Constitution because people can perceive things differently. For example if someone was partial to having their own gun they could interpret the Second Amendment to mean every citizen of the U.S. should be able to own a weapon if they choose to do so. If someone was impartial to people owning weapons they could interpret the Amendment to mean only people in the military and people in law enforcement should have guns.
If you ever have a chance to watch CNN im sure every once in awhile there will be something about Somalia because they have total chaos and the worst type of government which is an anarchy. Nobody has any control its all about fighting for your life over there, and thats why they have the worst country in the world. On the other hand, countries that are doing well have a republic like the US has or some other form of democracy. The people do not have a lot of say but its most important because the people are happy overall, and have a clear set of rules to follow. This leads to, for example, our constituiton which was put together by some of the smartest men known on the planet in the 1700's. It's still used today and most people, like myself have our pros and cons towards the constitution. God made us that way and that's why humans are so great because nobody is the same person. The bad part about it is if you're a regular citizen you cannot have any say at all towards the constitution.You have to become of member of our legislature and hope the votes are on your side for any change.

I would have to say no. one one hand With out rules and regulations what is to stop someone from killing you, or raping a innocent person. in anarchy there is no saying you can do that its unconstitutional, or its against the law because there is no constitution or laws. on the other hand i think it would be nice until things got violent, which knowing the nature of people will happen quickly.
{2}I think that dictatorship would be a horrible system of government to live under. I just cant imagine things being that unstable in a government. but it would be easier to take some one out of power if they were a bad leader.

I think some people have different interpretations of the constitution because the founding fathers left room for interpretation and people interpret the constitution to go along with there points of views.

More than one person's opinion is needed to run a government and keep the people happy. I would definitly say a republic government is better because it actually gives people freedoms and rights. With a dictatorship, nobody has say on anything.

[A] I personally believe that a Dictatorship is the worst type of government. It is entirely controlled by a single person who has obtained their position mainly through force. If the Dictator is a cruel and unethical man or woman, the country in which they control is subject to their rage or incapability to think clearly and unselfishly. For example, the Nazis in Germany were led by a Dictator named Adolf Hitler. He held a grudge over the Jews and others that he thought to be inferior to himself and other Germans. So he obliterated the Jews and many other races, thinking that as Germans they were the superior race and all other races should not exist.

I think that a Republic is the most efficient and sensible way for a government to be run. It allows the people to select a representative who will stand for what the people want, need and believe. Someone who has the right and power to make or suggest changes in the way the peoples’ lives are being run. For example, the United States is a Republic and our lifestyle is envied by many people from other countries and nations. When someone new is being chosen for an office, the United States citizens have the right to vote whomever they think will benefit their lives the best. One of the disadvantages of a Republic is that the new government office inductees can be misleading and misunderstood during their election period. They can deceive entire towns, cities, states and even a whole country into thinking that they are the paramount choice that will benefit the people the most. But in truth, they are none of the things they said they were during election time and are prone to failure and possible destruction of the state or country in which they represent.
[B] The U.S. Constitution can be quite misleading and many people have different interpretations of its contents. As separately fabricated individuals, we all see thing through different perspectives. One person may read something and find it extremely amusing, while another person may find it extremely repulsive. People interpret the U.S. Constitution in different ways because they see things through different perspectives. Also the constitution is written to allow for a wide range of interpretations. The U.S. Constitution was written in a different time period so people in the modern United States may not be able to understand what is written and interpret it differently.
[A]: In my opinion, I think anarchy is the worst type of government there is. You need laws to have structure in a country. Since there are no laws, no one can get in trouble for killing another person, or other things we (Americans) find that people need to be punished for. The only good thing about an anarchy government is that everyone would have their own way, without the worries. But I believe that a republic is the best way to go with a government. We (Americans) still have freedom and rights, but still have laws we need to follow. We have a very power government, and we choose are leader.

For example Barack Obama does not want us to have guns, i personally have no problem with people having guns but thats my opinion.

A. From what I have learned, I can honestly say in my opinion, I think Anarchy would have to be the worst of all governments. They have no structure in their lives and anything could happen. With this government crime rates are extremely high! The reason is, is because there’s no one there to say "no". The people of an Anarchy government have to defend for themselves, there’s no room to look out for others when you’re defending your one life. This is why I believe it would have to be the worth of all the governments. There are some very few up sides to an Anarchy government though. Like the fact you can live and act anyway you wanted to without anyone saying anything to you. You can be your own person.

B. People have different interpretations of the Constitution because everyone has their own beliefs in life. People grow up with different religions, family structures, and set rules. So there for, when different people look at the Constitution they see and take from it a different opinion on what it means then someone else who reads the same thing. Someone could also interpret something different about it on purpose for their benefits.

A: I think that dictatorship and anarchy are the worst types of government because in a dictatorship there is one ruler and that ruler decides the way you live you life and he/she can control your every action. You dont get freedom you live by their laws and rules. You have no rights.You to have the religion they choose for you. In an Anarchy Government there is no stucture no laws no one to tell you whats right and what is wrong you can go around and kill people and there is nothing done about it. In an Anarchy government there is alot of choas, murder, rape ,and serious crimes that take place on a daily basis. So these two types of government in my opinion are the worst kind. I like having a democratic government because the citzens " we the people " get to choose who we elect into office and who makes the decisions for us. We also have freedom of speech, religion, and press.
